haha I just finished my meal- steamboat with my gf and friends.I am super full now.

However, it costs me RM27, urghh! I can actually have few meals with 27 bucks.

Quite regret why I suggested to eat at there. I suppose to cook at home and maybe it just cost me RM5 but now i spent 27.quite sad but never mind its quite happy.

Quite stress for this sem because of the supp paper.I thought i can pass even thought some part of the exam questions i cant do but sigh.Just treat it as a lesson!!!

Lastly,hope i can PASS!!!!

Yes! I am unhappy right now. I hate arguments no matter between friends, family or the dearest. Quite a few thoughts are bothering me these few days. I have no one else to speak with, and I realized that I do have many friends but those who I can speak with are really few.

Problem with the family members that stand still with their position. You can have big response like oh no! You already twenty but yet still listening to the family said? The only answer I can give you is yes, I love and also respect them always and always.

I dare not to tell them the truth about this, and it was like stored deep in my heart for long. What should I do? I couldn't make any decision. I am suffering yet I still need to complete my reports and my tests are coming up. I couldn't pay attention during the classes. I didn't have my meal because I have no appetite. I can't sleep well whole night although I was really tired.

Not much time left. I am selfish I knew that. But people are selfish, they can do anything for their desire. It is the same with me, I am just a normal people. Sorry for hurting anyone. Hereby, I would like to apologize to those who hurt by me. I am so sorry.

I found out something interesting through facebook today and I found that it's really true for me. So I decided to share it here. Girls are simple actually, but guys used to think that we are complicated. I believed that many couple argued before. And guys usually will blamed that girls are very vexatious but actually what girls usually needs are simple. Simple hug and kisses and will soften their hearts. ♥

(1) Fine:

This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

(2) Five Minutes:

If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

(3) Nothing:

This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

(4) Go Ahead:

This is a dare, not permission. Don’t Do It!

(5) Loud Sigh:

This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)

(6) That’s Okay:

This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

(7) Thanks:

A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you’re welcome.

(I want to add in a clause here – This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot’ – that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say ‘you’re welcome’ . that will bring on a ‘whatever’).

(8) Whatever:

Is a woman’s way of saying F*** YOU!

(9) Don’t worry about it, I’ll do it:

Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself.

Why smoking is so harmful?
In our daily life, we can see many people are smoking. Smoking also call as Cigar smoking, Cigarette smoking, Pipe smoking, Tobacco smoking. Why they are so like to smoking? That is now being explored much more in depth by many of the world's doctors and scientists. As we know, smoking is harmful to our body and it will cause us to get lung cancer amongst other serious diseases and that passive smoking is also harmful for those that do not smoke. Actually why smoking will harm to human? This is because inside the smoke contain chemical substance that call as tobacco.
Tobacco is the word that comes from the Native American word "tabago," for a Y-shaped pipe used in sniffing tobacco powder. Cigarettes and other forms of tobacco consist of dried tobacco leaves, and other ingredients added for flavour. Tobacco was introduced to the Old World in the late 1500s where it followed common trade routes. The substance was met with frequent criticism, but became popular nonetheless. Germany’s scientist use tobacco to make the smoke and after Second World War it become more popular in many places and until now we can see many brand of smoke.
Tobacco contains nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide. Nicotine is a liquid alkaloid. An alkaloid is an organic compound made out of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sometimes oxygen. These chemicals have potent effects on the human body. For example, many people enjoy the stimulating effects of another alkaloid, caffeine.
Nicotine:

When you smoke, nicotine is absorbed through the skin and mucosal lining of the mouth and nose or by inhalation in the lungs. Once in the body, it activates the same reward system as do other drugs such as cocaine or amphetamine, although to a lesser degree. In the brain, nicotine increases the level of the neurotransmitter dopamine, which is a chemical in the brain responsible for feelings of pleasure. The acute effects of nicotine subside within minutes, so people continue dosing themselves frequently throughout the day to maintain the pleasurable effects of nicotine and to prevent withdrawal symptoms.
Tar is a yellowish brown sticky mass of condensed particulate matter. It contains carcinogenic hydrocarbons which have tumor promoting activity and damages the lungs.
